Because every item is made to order just for you, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or buyer’s remorse. That said, your satisfaction means everything to us—and if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.
As a print-on-demand platform, has specific guidelines for returns and refunds. If your item arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Or just plain wrong
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
All we ask is that you contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a quick photo and short description of the issue. That helps us notify the right production partner and take care of it fast.
To speed things up, include:
A photo of the item (and packaging, if relevant)
A brief note describing the issue
Your order number or confirmation email
Once we verify the issue, we’ll handle the rest—no need to return the damaged product.
Because each product is custom made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect sizing ordered
Changes of mind
Minor variations in color or print alignment
Delays caused by carriers or customs
We print each item on demand, one at a time, so please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.
